Underwriting supports the strategic direction of CRICO by anticipating the changes in the medical and risk climates, understanding member activities and trending underwriting data.
We support member institutions through new entity underwriting, risk assessment and pricing, customer service and data collection. Member support includes application review and approval, handling requests for termination of coverage, providing evidence of insurance and confirmation of coverage documents and processing claims histories.

Document and Claim History Requests

- For claims history requests, follow the instructions on the requests page.
