Join us at Noon, Thursday, September 26, to learn how one organization leveraged findings from a CRICO risk assessment to develop a roadmap for patient safety. Sarah Kadish, Vice President Quality and Patient Safety from Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI) will share with you DFCI’s journey and describe how their team used risk assessment findings as a roadmap to improve the culture of safety at DFCI.

CRICO team members will also provide an overview of the CRICO risk assessment process. Risk assessments are a powerful tool to examine the unique safety environments of an institutions and service lines. Understanding the structural, cultural, and leadership components within organizations reveals the strengths you can build on as well as actionable opportunities for improvement to support your patient safety work.
