The Ambulatory Safety Net (ASN) Collaborative

The ASN collaborative meets regularly and has a monthly check-in call to allow members to raise questions and concerns quickly and efficiently. We also provide an online community and virtual events to promote continued learning and collaboration.

The CRICO-wide Ambulatory Safety Net based on a collaborative approach with specific standards and measures supports:

  • Patient safety improvements across the whole Harvard medical community
  • Prioritization of long-term sustainability
  • Sharing best practices for implementation, metrics, and methods to overcome barriers

In efforts to help hospitals across the country adopt this model for safer care, CRICO plans to broadly share the tools, processes, and lessons learned as we proceed through this work over the next three years.
