Journal of Patient Safety Study Shows I-PASS Can Significantly Decrease Likelihood and Cost of Malpractice Claims

This press release covers research, published in The Journal of Patient Safety, titled “Frequency and Nature of Communication and Handoff Failures in Medical Malpractice Claims,” which uses Candello data to study the characteristics of claims involving the handoff of care.
